the room had drinks, fruit, and nibbles provided. i found clean, fluffy towels in the bathroom. breakfast was enjoyable, especially since there was a variety of cereals and fresh juice. (i really liked the fresh juice.)
the decor looked quite worn.

The staff was helpful and friendly, especially in the kitchen and at reception. katia and sunaya were always willing to assist me when i asked for something. That was really appreciated.

great breakfast thoughtful addition lovely selection
The breakfast included a lovely selection of meats cheeses toast and cereals. The tea and coffee selection in my room was great. I also had chocolate powder and oat milk available which was thoughtful.
The room was very small thus one of the beds blocked bathroom access.

The reception staff was helpful. The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciated the parking for £10 per night. Breakfast was amazing (especially the plentiful options). I found the waitresses very attentive and professional.

cozy stay with friendly service

lovely staff modern breakfast room comfy bed great location
i found the staff to be really lovely i was really surprised by the more modern breakfast room. breakfast was lovely and the staff served us with smiles. the bed was comfy and the room had everything i needed in a great location including a mini fruit bowl.
the bath panel seemed like it needed changing and the bathroom could be more appealing to guests.

friendly staff fresh fruit cooked breakfast noisy room mouldy ceiling unsecure window
the staff i met was friendly and helpful. i was able to get fresh fruit and local coffee in my room. the cooked breakfast i ate was nice.
the room was noisy because it was located near the entrance. there was mould on parts of the ceiling. the bedroom window was not secure, and it felt unsafe.
